The two solid grey arrows down the bottom left make me saddened. You have this whole gritty looking image and then its all like "I'm new and polished down here!" and before you comment and say there's that one in the middle too...Well I noticed it, but I don't dislike it at much.

I like the text in it and the grittiness but as said, I believe those arrows ruin it for not fitting in.
