JMS plugin for 3dsmax 9

I downloaded Blitzkrieg and noticed it's only for 6, 7, and 8. I need a JMS plugin for 3dsmax9. And, I feel stupid for this one... but I can't find the plugins folder in my 3ds max 9 folder.... All there is is 'bin', 'installs', and 'manuals'...

I don't see any of those folders. Are you sure you're looking at the directory you installed it to? (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 9?)

I was looking for a Discreet folder for some reason
