ive heard.. if u wanna skin,u gotta use photoshop. where can i get it??
and is it free?? or does anything else work?? well i know theres a lot of skinners on the block,so im guessing they know, so tell me and ill lay a lot of work on my skins thx 2 u. ( if u help, dammit!! )

The trial of Adobe is free on the adobe website.
You can do it in other programs as well, but i just already had adobe, so i use it. there is a file in the utilities sec. of files.halomods.com that converts images from .dds into .bmp and then u can edit in watever and then it changes it bak into .dds for HMT injection
