I forgot to mention something.

This mod is a "people's" mod. As in, I'm not making it for personal enjoyment or glory; I'm making it to make Halo more fun, for everyone. If you want something included, like a spartan laser or something, just give me a shout. I was walking around the Pillar of Autumn, and look what I found:

i think theres a bitmap and also the sky branch plays a role in it also. im pretty sure. i just got done brighting and clearing the water and your trying to darken it.. go figure.. lol
