[WIP Skin] shinier Master Chief

I have done another skin, it does not look too great right now, i am working on it. here are some pics tell me what you think. i am fixing the square-ish bits on the head and body right now.

could you PM me a high res. copy of that picture because i can see that is is shiny, but it is not really clear.

Frankly, I think it'd be best if you made a convincing cube map for it based off of the environment of BG, or whatever level, itself (good luck with that one due to HMT's failmapping). That way, you could have a true-looking reflection without using RTR. If that could be done, then all you'd need to do is to remove a bunch of the details, and then it'd be a smooth chrome look.

Hard to say what I mean, but I think you get my drift.

Ok i know this is a bump, I also know i am double posting, I am posting an update. i changed the cubemap of MC to make it reflect a vague image of the ground. Also i did all the pictures with only me in the game thanks to the Mac third Person hack. Here are the results:

The cubemap doesn't reflect the ground, just a color.

HDRI is not supported in a 6 year old game like Halo ^^ pity.

what i actually did was combine the cubemaps at are in place to give the image a fuzz look and look like it was being reflected in a shiny bit of armor. pepsi if you want the thing in photoshop to make it like that i will PM it to you.
