Tool++ problem

when i try to build a cache file it shows a little hourglasss and i wait a while but nothing happens. could someone please give me some instructions and tell me about how long it takes

Use tool.

Open NotePad...type this

tool build-cache-file levels\test\yourmap\yourmapscenarioname

Save the file AS Something.BAT inside the Halo Custom Edition folder (where tool.exe is located)
