Maybe make it a little less "tech"?

its is impossible as of this moment to PMI anything into wizard and expect to use that map when playing in lobby servers. unless theres a new breakthrough noting new physically will or can be added to wizard. i dont know if you seen it but this mods goal is to make the maps fuction the same way stock ones would allowing you to go anywhere without the fear of mr. exception.[RR]RedRene wrote:He must have Brain Cancerbcnipod wrote:you never realized that the links read 'pepness' and never thought about how ironic that is, seeing that it is the name of the mod?
I like Wizard, but it still doesn't seem....humany..is it possible to PMI human shield's onto that map? I've never tried

and the name "for the win" does symbolize alot of what this mod is about. you have to remember me and nessa having been growing this mod series for over 2 years now and we feel this installment of it will be the best we could accomplish with current apps and or programs.
the internet catch phase "FTW" or "for the win" actually came from a game show named hollywood squares. watch this vid below and youll see the phrase in action. the guy says "montell williams for the win" at :20 seconds into the clip
http://youtube.com/watch?v=oCjrWc8CLWE
were kinda looking at our project like that. people have been saying between redux and this curent its a epic mod and very good or what not so were thinking like this..
if your looking for a whole complete mod to change all of halo then use ftw. basically pepness ftw. but we dont want to be egocentric about it so were dropping the pepness off it and just keeping "ftw" itself. im sure i could look through a thesaurus and find a awesome long word meaning "legendary or awesome" but thats been done so many times. we wanted to do something bold and new to which people are disagreeing with but thats fine with us. its proving were trying to break out the standard halopc mod mold if you will.
we talked about this for about 2 days off and on about to name it and this is the only thing that stood out and didnt seem cliche' or used before. its true you cant please everyone but theres no harm in trying to get your point across as i am here. i almost always change things for people if something doesnt seem right. this being chillout and icefields here recently. this i cant budge on. we have title screens in the works and already began our hex editing for it. i just hope you can look past a mod name that means something to us and look more into the work were placing in the mod for you guys.
