Yea; I see where your coming from there, it looks like a smudge painting, lol. The first one was done in photoshop and the second one in Corel Painter Essentials...

The first one is kinda creepy, but in a funny way

Your left eye is brighter and seems a bit bigger.
Even so, looks great!

The first one is full of exaggerations, my nose for instance is 2x bugger in it, and I put dark lines around my eyes, all in all I was trying to go for a feline look...
