Change these following values, and it should do the trick but I didn't have time to test it.
Once it hits something it should count to 0 in a split split second and explode looking like it exploded on the impact. If this doesn't work you could always duplicate the rocket, swap its hlmt, change the jpt's, and give it the ballistics of a grenade
There is always Impact effect(0) and impact damage(0)
In the reference editor whilst looking at idents of the grenade projectile, ident swap Impact effect (0) to effe effects\impact\explosion_small\frag_grenade\airborne_detonation
and swap Impact damage(0) to jpt! objects\weapons\grenade\frag_grenade\damage_effects\frag_grenade_explosion and if necessary (which I don't think it is) you can null out the usual detonation effect/s and damage to prevent it blowing up with 2X the strength (ie it explodes on impact causing damage which makes it blow up again)

I'm also quite inactive, but still alive and following the developments. Because of college I don't have time to make xbox mods anymore because it's too much of a hassle for me. However I can help answer questions and stuff like that.
