HHT Broken in Vista?

heres is the error, when i try to open maps.
error:invalid map or look at this picture.

You have to apply the sparkify.ppf file to your map before you can open it in HHT or sparkedit.

You can find the download for sparkify either here or on google.

Then download PPF-O-MATIC, and apply the sparkify.ppf to your bloodgulch.map file, but bloodgulch as the iso and sparkify as the patch.

Then open bloodgulch in either HHT or sparkedit.

Then apply the unsparkify.ppf file to bloodgulch, and open it in either HMT or in Halo Trial

Tadah.

Edit: and Pokemon? I'm assuming your young and are still into it, which isn't so bad.

But if your some older person...thats kinda weird...

i found the sparkfiy but not the un-sparkify.ppf, do u have one?

Why does everyone blame vista, all apps work accept you cant right click or access dropdown menus in HEK+

They're both in the download, there's a sparkify.ppf, and an Unsparkify.ppf

People blame vista because it did have problems with software, and so the first impression for most people is "ZOMG!!1!, I Can't make hax, it haz 2 b Vista, cuz it can't b me, n0 w@Y!!!!1!!111!!!one!!!"

Most people will assume its the software or OS messing up, and not them, even though programs only do what they're told to...

There is the minor issue of vista actually being intelligent about what directories a program can access, and denying programs from using say the C:\Windows folder if they aren't admin. So old programs with bad habits suddenly have problems that can be fixed with a simple run as admin.

But as is quite obvious by now the culprit is HHT + trial not the operating system.

Run it as a fricking administrator. Everyone who has vista should know that fix.
