halomods isnt a democracy. votes for mods mean nothing. there is no rule or posting saying "..if your mod has votes to move for outstanding then it will happen ..". people add polls to mods for user feedback and nothing more. it has no impact on if a mod is going to be moved to that section or not.

many user think if they make a poll with the option "move to outstanding" it has a actual impact on a moderators decision to move it or not. it simply doesnt. if you check alot of the past mods in the download section there more mods in here with the same thing and guess what? there still here in the outstanding section.

No amount of voting will ever work either...Just because most staff, or users, or whoever your voting pool is, thinks a mod is 9/10, 10/10...With the tools we have now, anyone who puts alittle time and effort into their mod can get in the top percentile of votes for their mod...That just means it's a really good mod, it doesn't make it outstanding...

Sorry if this discourages you from modding...Such is life...

yes you can change what the clip size is on the AR to be 32. you will have to use HMT v3.* (idk what the current version of HMT is on PC) then go to the weapon tags then to the AR, then to the clip and change it from 60 to 32. also you will need to change the clip reload about to 32 as well. To make the display on the back of the rifle read 32 instead of 60 then use my handy AR Display Number Calculator in my sig. download it and plug in "32" and then hit calculate and take the resulting number and paste it into the
"AR numbers" tag in the schi tags and hit return and ta-da the number has changed from 60 to 32.

No, you have to edit the clip size in the weapons tab.

Nope , first edit the clipping size in the [weap] tag for the weapons\assault rifle\assault rifle
And then go to the [schi] tag , find the data for the assault rifle numbers and you will see sumtin like 15... idk [need someone to say the value and what value it needs to be replaced with] and change it to [i think 8192(NOT SURE!)] and if you do only the one you will have 32 rounds in the ar but it will show 60...so better wait for someone to tell you the values.

the number you will see there is 15360. the number you want there is 8192 for a clip of 32 to display on the rifle.

I made some improvments n the AR to match halo 3. I fixed the thing where it shows 60 instead of 32. ([schi]) And the weapon itself. ([weap]) Also how much damageit does. ([proj]) Even some of the bitmaps.
