I am lost with the MGS2 entity plug in, I have no clue what to change.
So I come here asking...How do I use the plug in in my favor.
I would really like to change the color of the of both of the shots of the plasma pistol to B plasma rifle red.

For the uncharged shot, just swap the projectile to the brute plasma rifle projectile.
For the charged shot, I think it's just a big green [ligh] with a small lightning [effe]. You can edit the RGB values of the [ligh] directly in the meta editor. I don't know if the lightning effect has any color to it, but if it does, look up Turk645's tutorial on customizing effects for how to change the color of it (the RGB values are shuffled in one of the reflexives).
You will also want to edit the [ligh]ts of the plasma pistol's firing effect (or swap in the brute plasma rifle firing effect), the green light given off while you charge the pp, the green light once the pp is overcharged, and the little green arc across the barrel of the gun.
And swap the contrails to that of the brute plasma rifle, or edit them in the contrail editing program.
You can also use the contrail editing program to quickly preview colors and their RGB values for the [ligh]ts.
