-To be considered, your submission MUST be prior to Friday, November 23rd (Should I go sig of the year? :p)at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time. If you have any questions about this, PM me. Any late entries, even if late by one minute, will be disqualified.
-You are allowed only ONE entry. You are welcome to change your submission as many times as you wish prior to the time mentioned above.
- As with the SOTW contests of old, your signature MUST be submitted in two formats:

Text rules are based on 1280x800.
Signature images limited to 100KB or smaller.
- Your signature MUST follow the theme to be considered.
- No complaining! If you have a complaint, PM me and I will address it. Anybody found complaining or whining in this thread will be disqualified from this contest. Anybody found complaining twice will be disqualified for a minimum of a month (maybe longer). There are no exceptions.
- Have fun! If you didn't enjoy making your signature and I find out about it, you will be disqualified from this contest without warning.

Awards: Winners will receive "notches" (like a notch in a belt) that they can post below their signature (see my sig).
One last notice: This is not a democracy. I will make my decisions based solely off the rules posted above. If you have any problems or concerns regarding the rules or my decisions, DO NOT post it here. Rather, PM me and I will address them on an individual basis when I can.
