Having Trouble Downloading

Hi, I'm new to halomods. I keep trying to download this ui, so I can convert it to a halo pc tag. Can some one please download this and send it to me? Thanks!

Why cant you download it yourself?

Just click the "Download" button slapped right on the page.

Because it always says "Cannot display webpage." every time! And when I right-click and hit "Dl with IDM", I dl it, open it, and it links me to "Cannot display webpage"!

Because it always says "Cannot display webpage." every time! And when I right-click and hit "Dl with IDM", I dl it, open it, and it links me to "Cannot display webpage"!

Yeah, as in clicking that link should start a download with most browsers, or worst case scenario use something like an FTP client (althought that shouldn't be remotely necessary).

Come on. Just right clicking and pressing "download linked file", "save file as" (depending on browser) should start a download for it. That's the file right there.

Dude! When I hit Download, it cant display a webpage! When I right-click, Download with IDM, it downloads a picture! I have no clue why! How am I stupid?!
