Does anyone know how to make ai move using scripts?

I have working zones but the ai still run randomly and walk into walls so I thinking of a way to make ai run a strain line to a zone.

if they hit walls did you transfer unkown 16???? if not then that would be your problem.

the map won't load without unknown 16 (offset 212)

i have the same problem, i have not gotten it to work either. i just get the black screen

the black screen is a bad sound file. When I don't add 212 the game freezes in the lobby.

did you use h2core or entity?

so with the blackscren, if i just null the sounds in the sbsp, it might work?

anyway, yes i use h2core, and my map rebuilds successfully, but when i load the map even without ai enabled in yelo, the game freezes with a black screen

did you null the sounds in the ai? and you may want to redo the mod as long as its just the ai you added and didn't do anything else.

use a clean map decompile to a clean directory decompile your SP map first then your MP map, umm after rebuild test to see if it works, if it doesent then you might be doing something wrong. To make AI move intelligently, you need to use AI zones, not scripts (though scripts are useful for spawning the AI).

Though there is a script command, I think it was cs_move, that can make a biped move in a specific direction for a certain distance/time. Useless if you want to make AI to fight against, but perfect if you want a choreographed-dancing AI group.

the reason it freezes in the lobby is because you have a zones set but you dont have offset 212, if you simplay took the zone out then it would work.

i guess that makes scence but whenever i take offset 212 from outskirts and inject it to my map with H2core+ Guerrila, my map freezes with or without ai enabled
