Gamepad controls

Is there a specific file that can be edited for gamepad controls?

I want to make a button have 3 functions (Action, reload, and pick up weapons) on my controller like it is on the Xbox version. The game menu won't let me do it, though.

you gotta calibrate it for halo it will auto make it like the conrolls for xbox versiion

I did. It won't let me use the same button for 3 different things.
