Plugins not working

Hello, for some reason i cant get any plugins to work. Im using firefox if it helps, when i download it the only options for me are, Ok or cancel, and when i click ok it downloads then a new screen pops up and i ave a few more options, open or cancel, i click open and a new page on the internet pops up and nothing's on it, Can some one explain in detail on how to get it to work?

Well if you're talking about HMT v3.5, then there's a folder in there called 'plugins' this is the folder where you need to paste the plugins you have downloaded, restart HMT and they will be visible.
