I think putting a turret on a pelican requires modeling and scripting. probaly have to make it brand new in a modeling program, make a CE map in it...and convert it. basicly CE>PC is what i said.

haha halo pc modders think everything can be done with scripting :P jk

anyways yeah...there is a cargo seat (the back) and if you put the actv in it it will shoot. Now if you want it in the front your out of luck.
