lol im modding halo trial... i have halo full, but i prefer to stay away from ce...
and i compared other tags like elite commander, hunter, etc... but i can't tell what makes the AI drive cars, chase u and so forth... so what things would u have to change so the AI drive and shoot from vehicles, and chase u like an elite comander...?

im still not ready to tell how to make AI fly, and drive but i will tell you, to make another AI attack you like an elite commander just switch his actv tag to an elite commanders. ;) my final word of advice. Eschaton or hex will show you the way.

i cant pmi any more tags into the map... its a multiplayer map... the only actv tags it has are the ones already in the map... which is only cyborg...
i dont really care about AI driving around... i already have AI in banshee flying and hunting me down... but how would i change the AI to actually hunt me on ground... and btw where can i find hex or eschaton?

oh, i see now. heres the thing you cant have more actv tags than the models they belong to, so if you want more tags PMI the actr,actv,bipd, and mod2 tags of lots of AI, and rebuild them all into the map, that way you can use the tags weather or not your using the model. DL my mod and open it up and youll see thats how i did that.

oh, i see now. heres the thing you cant have more actv tags than the models they belong to, so if you want more tags PMI the actr,actv,bipd, and mod2 tags of lots of AI, and rebuild them all into the map, that way you can use the tags weather or not your using the model. DL my mod and open it up and youll see thats how i did that.
as i said... i cant pmi into the map... its a byom map.. u cant pmi additional things into byom or any halo trial mod... the bipeds i have are: elite, grunt, jackal, marine, cyborg, cyborg_mp.... i turned cyborg into an actv tag and used it as the AI brain... there are no other actv tags in the map and i cant add anymore... i dont care about the models i use... i already used cyborg actv with marine, and elites... i want an actual moving AI... what are the exact settings that make an Ai hunt u down... i copied every stat of an elite major from another map into my cyborg but it doesnt make a difference... so when i replace any tag with an other AI tag, what are the actual settings that make an AI move that get replaced...?

ok w8 a min ppl, i just wanna know who has this problem with HHT, you cant mod with out HHT, this problem is with screen size of program, i cant see the swap option and for some reason it wont let me drag the edge down, and if you try to maximize it you still cant see the swap option.

anyone know why?

I have a tip for people who wanna make uber smart ai's

open d40.map, and non-recursively extract the "Elite specops" actor, and "elite specops plasma rifle" actor variant tags, then inject them into the actor and actor variant tags, and go into hht, fill in the blanks.

voila, u got ai's who crouch, throw nades, and come running after you.

thats great...but you said rebuild..this whole topic is against rebuilds.

which you could just inject the meta over your edited actr and actv tags.
