you can see it there (the AR on his back and such)

By the way, I am on a mac incase you must know. And I know, my graphics Blow.

so what is showing is the white stretched and the blue is covering what the original would have been?

EDIT: ahh I see whats wrong, the model I injected isn't affected by the animation, so it just stands there while I'm moving and turning which makes it show through. But how do I fix this...

EDIT EDIT: Nevermind, it only makes him stand still when he's got active camo on, when he doesn't, the model shows up on him but if you change your view so you see to the right a bit, it disapears when it gets off his body.

if the model is different then the skin does not match up completely.

But it isn't the skins, it seems to be making 2 models, but one of them just is the original standing still and doesn't work with the animations.
So like say I crouch, it will show Me doing the crouch animation but there will be like a secondary model which is just like an outline which crouches, but his arms are just straight down.

you can. try importing the marine, then doing the model to it. then swap MC's model for the marine model.
