no you cant do certain characters; with it u can do like any... almost.

it does work, i was in a halo clan with omega and it can be downloaded here on site. just search for it.

go to profile
go to where you can type in your new name
dont type anything
minimize to desktop with halo still at the profile page i said
run profile hack
enter name of your choice
hit apply on profile hack
it will give a confirmation
go back into halo
boom, your name is changed.
