do you mean .rar? Those are compressed files. You need win rar to open them, and the mod you need will be inside. Kinda like a zip file.

I am not sure dude but with that I believe you have to use windows recorder, play the ram file, record in windows recorder, and save as wav, then convert to Xbox ADPCM, depending on what you are replacing...cos some of the sounds are ogg format, some are xbox adpcm...you got a lot of fecking around to do if this is the path your wanting to take, if not, get WinRAR and follow the other guys response lol
