for god sake....make your own skins instead of swapping bitmaps or shaders and stealing other bitmaps...its not that hard to make a original mod.

no , i just extracted the bitmaps , converted with dxtbmp , saved as bmp , opened in Nero Photo Snap , changed its permanent colors added glow to it , saved and saved as dds.
