hi im trying to get a brute mauler weapon for my halo 2 mod but i cant find one anywhere i know its in the 3volved weapon tags that they released but i can build it into the map at all it just freezes up

As for the question: Can you be more specific? I'm not sure exactly what's going on. Is the problem with the locating the tag or is it with the game freezing when you try to inject it?

Alright I just saw some film on youtube where a guy was a 'first poster', it was funny to watch and was meant in a humoristic way. While I'm sure some other people MIGHT find this funny as well, I realise not everyone does so hence I apologise for posting that useless comment. But calling me a loser for that is a bit harsh but I can take it.

As for his weapon: maybe something got corrupted when building it in, perhaps try nulling some sounds.

Also what version of Entity did you use? And did you extract the tags to the proper place where they should be?

yea i did it said that enitity ue cant find path mauler.weap but its there ive downloaded twice and used all the entitys but they just come up with an error any maps with the 3volved mauler?

I don't if you can type in a file path or anything, but I located the tag, not sure if you've found it or not, but it's in '3volvedTags\objects\weapons\rifle\mauler' if it helps any. Sorry if it's of no help.

im using vista and it has like your name you put so mine said Adams > Document > Nicks put ive put it into C: now and it works

off subject but since its been resolved I've seen the clip you're on about and that makes you as pathetic (infact more he's fictional you're real) as the guy in the clip, where you laughing with him or at him (never mind) I think there is a specific rule about being a First! poster

Look man I apologised, it was a clip, and everyone knows it was fake!
And just because I posted 'first' once, does not make me a 'real' first poster. Anyways that clip was funny to me, but tastes differ. You probably read my apology and still posted this, which makes you pathetic. You know I could have started a sad flame war but I didn't. Man some of you almost seem offended by that post, tell me, do you guys say stuff like this on purpose after reading an apology just so you have something to do?

@Detox, I apologised, what more could you possibly want? And just because you didn't find it funny doesn't mean others won't. I did, and there are other people like me too.

Anyways I will no longer post in this thread as I actually have better stuff to do.
