Question about weapon anims. and Hek+ error

Hey i have 2 questions.

When making a weapon, do you have to leave the magazine detached from the gun itself??? :?:

P.S. im tryin to make a sort of remake of the rocket launcher using the old anims.

Do you know where i can get a hek+ that will not corrupt my .secnario tags when i extract them. cuz i still get that error when i open a hek+ extracted senario that either says "you tried to open a non-senario tag...Bad" or it opens for 2 secconds and then closes.

when you extract the secnario you need to extract the entire map or do some serious tag editing in guerilla because of all the dependeces referenced in the scenario tag you need to export the bsp, sky and any files included in the scenario
