Well, my personal paranoia is getting in a car wreck and flying out the front windshield getting cut up uber bad, then flying out into the other lane and getting hit by an oncoming car, with my head cracked open and my skin cut open allowing some innards to escape, then landing on the ground dying slowly waiting for an ambulance to come.

Needless to say I'm always wearing my seatbelt.

I could imagine that being VERY painful. First, it explodes in your face, then, your running around screaming your head off because you have 3rd degree burns and watermelon seeds in your eyes. So as your running you slip on the bits of watermelon on the floor, fall and hit your head on the floor causing massive brain damage. Resulting in death.

Its both humiliating, and painful!

Anything slowly. Like if you fall off a building, then hit the ground, supposedly thats painless. I think if I had to die, I would die that way.

But I remember nearly drowning once... I was horribly frightened, and started coughing and crying the second I got out of that pool... (My brother does not know when to quit for dunking, I was under there for over a minute...)

nope, it goes for every living organism. your brain still functions for ten seconds after decapitation, you just can't react to anything because the main artery is cut from nerves and muscles. the brain can still function for a short period of time because it is still active.
