i got new version, its still not working

what do i do to import a tag?

i got another problem, sometimes, when i save, some of the changes don't take effect. Scenery i put in isn't there, and some of the vehicles i moved aren't showing up. Sparkedit has been fun, buts its alos been a real pain in the butt
