You owe me $20. You cannot patent files, therefore the best even Bungie has is a copyright. If Bungie wishes to take action against my model, that is their concern. And yes, I still hold a legally binding copyright over my model, especially since it was documented in Nitrous's readme. Simply put, monetary compensation is not the issue here. I do not wish for him to use materials that I put my time and effort into, and HaloMods has a legal responsibility to see to it that he does not use their servers for any such infraction.
Wait wait wait wait wait, i just realized something. If this is supposed to be like Halo2, then that means all the models are like ones in Halo2, correct? This means you just copied off of Bungie, so really, you have nothing to complain about unless you want bungie to do the same thing to you.

The law speaks for itself, Gren should acknowledge it. Bad publicity is bad, for obvious reasons. And yes, I am rather prominent throughout the Halo community, just don't often waste my time on modding websites.
