My idea is a blinding gun, a gun that shoots a plasma grenade with no explosion made for sticking people in the face I think even I can make this but that made me thing back to the grunt Bday party skull effect (I loved that effect) now we can chain spawn things to effects so how about chain spawning a plasma nade on to a players head when their shield is down effe/mastercheif/s_kill (something like that) now the tricky bit as far as I see it is making the grenade dissapear without exploding in say 5 seconds if the player manages not to die whilst keeping the exploding property's if somebody lands that head shot
let me know what you think to

I did this in my first dodgeball mod. In my case, it's just a plasma grenade. Swap its [ligh] tag with that of the Wraith mortar. Null out the damage effect, and set the timer to whatever your want. When you stick someone near the upper torso, he's engulfed in a ball of white light and is almost completely blinded. You have to hit people in the front though.
It works for multiplayer but is not SLC, for some reason.
