please don't bring up iraq in this topic we have one for that this is about the Iranian president, and um he isn't American i believe that citizens of the US have the right to jury and explain themselves, why would i want to listen to a terrorist try and explain why he killed my fellow country men? He obviously wouldn't want to listen to why i didn't want a war and why i didn't hate him and his people, but his religion is bread to hate Americans, i understand radical Muslims enough i don't need to have someone of that faith try and tell me why i should die.

You are so cretinous and oblivious to what's going on it's almost sickening. First off, there is no solid, irrefutable proof whatsoever that Iran is linked to the attacks on the World Trade Center AT ALL. Also, Muslims aren't bred to hate Americans, (Yes, it's bred, not a byproduct of risen yeast) there are just passages in the Koran which can be dictated as instructions to act upon Infidels, and some of the extremists interpret those passages as exactly that. However, there are also passages in the Bible that say to murder those who wear garments with different touching cloths, and to do many other unspeakable acts, depending on how you interpret it. There are also Christian extremists, who act in the name of God, by interpreting the Bible as an instruction set to kill homosexuals and such. You can find justification to do ANYTHING in most holy books, ignorant sheep like you are just fed lies that all Muslims hate Americans by default.

By saying "his religion is bread to hate Americans", you are saying that Muslims are bred to hate Americans, and later saying "radical Muslims" doesn't change a thing, as you have already said that Muslims are bred to hate Americans.

i'm leaning toward alexander's side, you came off as saying the muslim faith is responsible for middle-eastern terrorist sects, which it is in part because of what alexander said about the way they interpret different passages of the koran (technically qur-an, but koran or quran are acceptable). and he also has a point that certain interpretations of anything create radicals. like how the internet either can be taxed because of congress' ability to control inter-state commerce, or it can't because of any obstruction to freedom of speech, it depends on your interpretation.

as for my opinion on the iranian president, i don't believe he is a bad guy. i'm not sure on him, so i'm leery, but i don't think he deserves all the negative attention. as mentioned, he funds terrorist organizations (i've gotta check on this somewhere) but we do as well, so we can't say anything because we'd be hypocrites. also, he is their president, and as far as i can tell from a quick skim of wikipedia, elected in a democratic fashion, thus he is not a dictator. thirdly, i don't believe they've really antagonized us recently (i'll have to check this too), so i think alot of this hate might just be blind stereotyping.

well, i guess i'll go read some wikipedia before i come in here again so i know exactly what i'm talking about, but i have hardly any free time :\.

Frankly, I think he'd be glad to hear someone from America say that our current wars are irrelevant and unnecessary.

Its politics. Just because he SAID he 'intended' to lay a wreath at the site doesn't mean he truly intended to do so. Don't believe everything you say, or you'll be suckered very easily.

What he truly intends to do I do not know. Though, Im not going to make accusations because he is an enemy of our government. I can only make decisions based off the information presented, not how I believe it should be.
