help

Hi i could use some help on madding halo 2. I've already softmodded my xbox and i would like to have it on my hd. because i dont have a dvd burner i have tried a coule times already but it doesnt fit soo i took off all the campaign maps and it still doesnt work, it just says after the bungie start up video and loading that it cannot read disk.

any help will be much appreciated

P.S. im no noob when comes to modding i have hacked my razr, psp, and ipod

Make sure you left the mainmenu.map and shared.map on your hdd.

yeah i left them all of them except the campaign ones i double checked

should i delete it and make another copy from the disk?

Ok, since you already softmodded your xbox, visit http://www.xbox-scene.com, sign up, and download the program to get onto xbins. with that, follow the directions, bla bla bla, and download a program called DVD2Xbox. Follow the directions again and install DVD2Xbox on the Xbox. Now, the Xbox should be able to rip any Xbox game to the HDD without a DVD burner (because ripping and burning are two different things). enjoy!
