k dont no about the first question but to make it more acurate u just have to go into hmt and go to weapon>(ur weapon)>and look on the rite side. scroll down until u see "minimum spread" and "maximum spread" and just edit the maximum spread down alittle.

Under shader transparency variant (HMT) go to weapons\assault rifle\fp\shaders\numbers and at numeric counter limit type 8192.

That's true. It's basically the display number multiplyed by 256.
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.

When I try this, the box on the right says...

(There are no controls to this display, because a supported tag has not been selected.)

How do I fix this?

The 32 bullets is easy... Set the magazine tag to 0, then go to mag count, set to 32, bullets reloaded, 32, and you have to edit the ammo count to thirty two.

*Edit*
Ok, if he wants more accuracy, he can change the spread, and then he can use the AR Calculator and it'll show 32. Also, you can change the ammo counter bitmap. I have one like that.
