adding new seats help...

how do you add new seats, i know its been done before, but how do you do it, i know it has something to do with inserting blank space in the metafile?? and chunks???? wtf are they?

anyways, ive got quite a cool mod idea that you guys may like... already done the new skin for it

adding seats is really hard, its no easy thing, u only kno that from mono's tut, stop making it look like u kno shit.
