how can i get ce->pc tags?

I want to get weapon tags from CE to PC ... any ideas?!?And btw if you know please list what can i convert...i know for vehicles is possible but idk how to weapons.

....If i say it, it is true. (I wrote the tut and the name is CE->PC TAGS, not CE->PC Vehicles.)
