Well for actual quality critizism, i'd say center the white text boxes, do something else with the image box on the left side, it's totally out of place, and for heavens sake don't use that kind of anti-rip. It makes the entire thing look like crap, even if it isn't.

Taking a step back into reality, I suggest you take ShoutRVBs advice and simply start over.

EDIT: Oh, and please, don't use the start menu...
