yelo question

Post by modded4life »

im just wondering is there any way to run trainers through a disk like if u used yelo or ai fixer upper for the ai mappack and u used a disk for it could u put it on there somehow and run it just by popping the disk in or having it in the tray and just turning it on like in regular SP maps? this would only save like 2minutes but still its kind of annoying having to make sure the disk tray is open the putting it in and waiting for it to read the do the rest.

Short Answer; no. (Again, Cougar, Read the post first eh' --_--)
Long Answer; Limited; I believe there is a program that will patch the Default.XBE to allow it to have AI in MP always on. Since the Default.XBX is located in the files stored in the disk, and not the... Tdata... then it should work. 1 sec, I'll find the app I;m thinking of.

EDIT: Okaay I believe the AI fixer-upper you mentioned would work, but not yelo.

Correct me if you know.

The AI Fixer Upper patches to the default XBE.
You now use this patched XBE when burning your game disk.
Should Work, Never tried, never used the AI Fixer Upper.

The AI Fixer upper has to be loaded through Yelo though...It doesn't really patch anything.

Ai Fixer Upper works like yelo but does not include developers mode or anything else besides AI In MP

my yelo doesnt have "AI in MP" for some strange reason all it has is Developers mode, Unlimited Ammo, Unlimited Grenades, and Invincibility which is the reason i use AI Fixer Upper which i found in an AI mod post, I'm not sure which but to whoever it was in thank you so much.

My bad, I meant AI Fixer upper needs to be run through Xored.

I know there's a program that does that...Does anyone by chance know what it's called?

Disables the auto-update in the default.xbe; I think that DeToX made one, but I know there are several others. :\

No, he made a separate program that specifically patched the default.xbe to disable the auto-update, I'm pretty sure there was a tutorial to do it in hex too.

GIR are you talking about Default_XBE_Update_Remover? I know this was included in the Killtrocity Map Packs.
