Tag import error - Shield Grenade - Help!

How can i add tags to map??Ok i can explain what i do and it doesnt work :

1.Download tags and etract them into my tags folder
2.Open in Guerilla tags\game globals\globals.globals and go to grenades tag
3.Select human frag and go to hud unit interface : then write down weapons\sheild-grenade\shield grenade and until im writing it the font is red and after i write it its black ( its found )
4.Do the same with Equipment and other that can be switched
5.Save and exit
6.Start Halo CE
7.Play on some map and then the human frag is with no changes.

why??Please if you know reply fast.
