Vehicle/weapon Spawn Time

Okay i change a sniper rifle into a vehicle but i want it too take longer than it usally does when it spawns so its not too laggy i want it too spawn like every 6 minutes how do i do that and how do i get there too do it?

Umm, 5 days the minimum for bumping and in the itmc tag theres a value I think.
