I think it's a warthog. zoom in on it in photoshop, and you will notice a certain giveaway.

I don't recall Scotty ever posting an absurd image like explosions before. That would mean he is secretly teasing us. That "vehicle" is way out of the pile and not destroyed. I do not believe that is an original halo vehicle.

However, I could be completely wrong.

It's ivory tower and it looks like a boat. You should change the outside to water and an underwater sky. Then dim the lightmap and add lights on the walls facing upwards.
