Benefits of Yelo

As my name implies, I 'want to mod' and I'm reading as much as I can and downloading possible programs/utilities that I possibly need. (getting quite a collection!)

What is Yelo and what are the benefits to us in the modding world? I've been reading a lot in this post but unfortunately it's mostly greek to me...which means I don't understand most of it.

Any suggestions and/or pointers are much appreciated!

Hey Wantin! (btw you posted in wrong section, prepare for other peoples onslaught)

Yelo is a great program on your xbox. It's biggest option is the "Developers mode" Which allows you to go 3rd person and fly around the map and take pictures.

Other than the dev mode you can turn on any skull in the entire game, give yourself infinite ammo, invinciblitie, infinite grenades, cinematic options, tons of things! It's a great application to have on your xbox, I would suggest putting it on.

Yelo enables AI in MP and lets you disable AU and get many new features I love!

btw, will this work on Mimesis maps or just the Bungie installed ones?

ah i remember my first mods... when all we could do was swap strind id's... when making a needler shoot grenades was the SHI*. yelo is great tho. it does a wide range of things. your lucky modding gets easier every day. start with apps such as Dothalo and work your way up to understand everything.
