TSF(The Swamp Fox) also had a 2nd chevron as well. So I'm also guessing that it does in fact have something to do with the Serenity Repository.
Everyone that got the 3rd chev had high ratings or posted a lot of mods for Serenity.
Everyone that got the 2nd chev had good ratings or posted some mods for Serenity.
Everyone that got a 1st chev had decent ratings or posted at least 1 or 2 Serenity's.

3rd Chevron
SGEE had 3 of his mods/skins in the top 5 ratings.

I believe MT had posted a lot of Serenity's.

2nd Chevron
iGeo had good ratings with all three of his hog' mods.

TSF had good ratings as well for his 3 mods.

I_F had mods that he had posted or added to the Repository and he is I_F.

Rain had good ratings and added a few to the Repository

1st Chevron
Zone 117 had only one mod but it got a good rating for it.

theycallmechad had got decent ratings as well and had at least 2 to 3 mods in the Repository.

-DeToX- had decent ratings as well and had at 2 mods in the Repository.

Darkshallfall I have no clue at all why he has it. There isn't one mod that he has added in there that I see.
Snave posted one mod as well but got a good rating on it as well.

T Beezie had got good ratings and added a few mods. I don't see why he doesn't have the 2nd chevron but I'm not the czar.

PyroBlizzard only has one mod in the Repository and it got a pretty decent rating, but something tells me it was suppose to go to Pyroman, he has a fair amount of mods that have been added and has received good ratings for them.

smacktalker had received good ratings and posted a few mods as well, going as the name The Flying Dutchman, The Smacktalker, etc.

Wow, I got a little carried away with this but I agree with DeToX on this one.

If that be true, I value that emblem quite highly then. Why? Well, not only does it show members can mod properly in a way <10mb (in that they don't over bloat the map with 60000000TB worth of content yet still make a mod fun and playable.) but it also shows that other members like that person's mod.

That's what I think, I forgot you had a 2nd chevron but you got it the same reason iGeo did, for your hog' mods.

I'm actually pretty sure it has to do with the Repository now. The only thing that makes me wonder is should it be Pyroman with the 1st chevron or PyroBlizzard.

Also SG. DarkShallFall got it because he posted someone else's mod. I'm pretty sure I remember looking through the repository and seeing him post one of his teammates or friend's mods.

Well I have 5 mods in the SR...One of which were posted by me. One by smacktalker, one by MT, and two from I_F. I don't know if it matters but the name under 3 outta the 5 is my old account (pyroman31). I think I got gipped.

Whoever posted it gets the credit for it for the emblem. So it shouldn't matter if it is pyroman31 in the patch.

Huh? If your talking about why don't you have an emblem, it's because you have to earn it first. Once you have earned it then you get the emblem.

After speaking/debating this with DeToX earlier today. I also believe it's having to due with mods being posted in the Serenity. Not only that but the emblems given out rely semi-heavily on the ratings it has.
