Well, I have a massive list of reasons why I'm happy today:

1. Fixed DVD drive on old computer
2. Fixed CD-RW drive on old computer
3. Got Zip drive working on old computer (Now to find some zip disks...)
4. Installed front USB ports on old computer
5. Installed graphics drivers on old computer (for a graphics card from '97. It used to have an old 32mb Radeon from '02. Someone stole it and replaced with this piece of trash)
6. Got a new computer (Hence my ability to do the above, as my parents wouldn't have let me)
7. Said new computer will play Halo 2 Vista (granted on lowest settings)
8. Said new computer is a new computer and has a PCIe slot (upgrades!)
9. I don't have school today. Sophomores/Juniors/Seniors get off while the freshmen and other schools go. Tomorrow though, is another story better left for the rant thread.

And now off to the rant thread to post the other side of this otherwise glorious day.

Today was the first day of college. And all my classes were chill as helllllll.

Gunna be a good year. And now knowing my good friend lives across the street from my college...I can just chill over at his house for my 2hr lunch break. Since my house is about 40min from the college. :?

I've begun reading The God Delusion again, after putting it aside for a month or so.

Please tell me if it is a good book to read. I'm always interested in people's views on religion or lack of.

Just try not to compare it to the Bible. It would take deep personal study of both books to make a more exact analysis. Anyway, I'm in a pretty good mood today. Not sure why, I'm really tired, but I feel like a nice blast of feel-good-for-things to come just hit me.

I'd prefer an objective thought process on the subject, not a subject one, fundamentalist.

School tomorrow :D

This has been the longest summer of my life. I mean... There were a lot of great things about it... It was actually, also, the best summer of my life. But still, it got horribly boring a lot of the time, and I cant wait to go see my friends again (I stay pretty much secluded during the summer, I like the quiet).

EDIT: This has nothing to do with what I just said, but I saw a mouse on my stairs today, so I picked it up and put it outside... I named it Randy :D

Lol, that's usually not a good thing, to be finding mice in your house. >_>

What's a senior release? Is it like an open block in your schedule or something?

Seniors get out one period earlier, so 4 classes a day, about 90 minutes each. With senior release, however, we only have to go for 3 periods a day, so we get out like 90 minutes earlier than everyone else.
