Anyways, with the arrow, I followed it in Single Player Halo 1, Thought it pointed to where I needed to be ;x

-Also, I lolled at how the topic's name, from the front page got cut off. It cuts the 'ualt Rifle' part of.. So the topic name is, well, read it for yourself ;p

well i enjoy doubleshoot bxr and bxb the only way to doubleshot in the beta was get on the back of a mongoose then you could do it but even then it was hard bxb i doubt will be fixed not alot of people do it anyway well i do haha with no bxr and no rrxyyrrxyy then it will make the game a whole lot more fun and no one will have an unfair advantage. until i change to the monitor and spawn a mtb scorpion and 2 hornets for my team

It's just a compass for the general use of the wielder of the rifle. Has no actual in-game use, just to create more ambiance to the game. It was in Halo 1, too.

According to the books (one of them) the compass points to the gas giant next to Halo, or something like that.
