Unfortunately, I'm no rich man, and I'm set back with a crappy old digital cannon going at about only $250 dollars in price.

well i would suggest getting an old Jap Fully manual metal camera.... they are a little harder to use and use film and a canister. but they allow you to control aperture and focus really easily. only about 200$

Thanks guys. I'm a shitty photographer, and hopefully I'll take some more usable photos next time, even though this one turned out okay.

I have a Sony DSC-W55 Camera. It takes great quality shots, and it also takes video, which is pretty good quality.

Heh, a little expensive for my taste, but if it's worth it, maybe good in the long run.

Yeah I got a $300 lens to go along with it. For a more entry-pro DSLR, you could try the Rebel XT, or the higher class one, the XTi. The XT I believe goes for ~$600 or so, maybe $500 for the body only. XTi is about $100 more expensive or so.

The Sony DSC series is probably the best and most reliable.
