i need a converter that convertes halo modles into .wings
or a plugin for wings 3d

Don't use Wings 3D, it's not very great, and it adds verts to your models, making it impossible to import them.

It's a very nice program.
(Note, when you save your models, make sure you uncheck "save normals", and also make sure you type out .obj after the model name)
