collision for scen not working?

i found the tut on the zanzibar tree's and i sacraficed a mach i wasn't going to need any way so when i followed it exactly and played my map they magically disappeared so what is a better way to add collision to some scenery mostly like a broken statue

im having the same troubles with the machine pallet and i dont know why. but no scen has no collision

That is THE best way to do it. I suppose you could try duplicating another machine and using the duplicate to swap it's hlmt with your scenery's.
