BSP edit?

Please tell me how to edit and create my own bsp for halo maps.Is there a program that wil help me?Please reply me...

As far as I know, you can't. However, you can convert bsp's from campaign to multiplayer. If you want to make your own bsp's, I think CE is the only way forward. But I'm sort of fuzzy in this area, so don't ask me.
