changing weather in a map

ya okay i can add weather to non weathered easy using detox's tool so how do i say change the snow to rain on lockout do i just go to the weat tag and change it or what?

If you're asking what I think you're asking, you go to the [sbsp] tag and look for the "weat" ident, then swap it for rain.
