If you can get that to work, see if you can get an .item_collection for it, along with the other nessesary files, so others of us can use it too. Looks sweet.

Modelling is messy in areas. Also, if you're going for accuracy to concept I think you should start over. If you like it the way it is, then I think you should fix up the proportions, put in more triangles, and add more detail.

Yeah, its a little blocky. Starting from scratch would make it look better, but if you want to take the lazier approach, you can just do a mesh smooth and modify the geometry to you liking.
I'd still like to see a finished version though, and I'd like to be able to see it in some maps. Reminds me of a smaller Hellbender from UT2004.
i like this just like an fast attack vehicle good for insertions lol sry thats the bf2 talking haha any way don't add a turret to it i like it like that but ya im very anxious to see the final i saw that pic along time ago along with the concept boat but i didn't like the pic but i like your model for it

Mesh smooth isn't something suitable for a video-game type model. You'll just end up wasting tons of triangles on things that don't even need to be smooth. Don't waste your time with mesh smooth, it's better used for organic objects, such as a biped (still, only for an artistic use not to be used in a game).
