MP elite lip movement

I remember seeing someone posting about this before but wasn't sure if they were successful. Is it possible to make the elites in multiplayer maps have the animation to move their lips? If so how?

i made an attempt but its not perfect. you can fid a link to a vid of it in the movie section.

What would it be called? It would make looking for it easier. Give me atleast one word in the title so I can use the magical god like two buttons of: Ctrl+f!
